On Thursday, March 5th our biz networking group will be cooking up a slightly different event to involve not only your eyes and ears but also your taste-buds!

An informative but informal and entertaining moment with Olav Hoff of AOCEAN Gourmet, Mont-sur-Rolle, who will present his latest catch: impressive, live Red King Crabs - probably the biggest you have ever seen - and succulent Royal Scallops, demonstrating their preparation and simple cooking. Supreme products as selected for this year’s prized Bocuse d’Or menu! We hope your mouths are watering!”
