Big birthday cake in St. Moritz

December 21, 2008. An attempt to produce the world’s longest Crèmeschnitte will be taking place at El Paradiso in St. Moritz, from 11 a.m. A Crèmeschnitte is a cake with cream between one or more layers. The venue, an extremely trendy restaurant that has been described as  “the world’s most luxurious ski hut”, is celebrating its 10th anniversary and everybody’s welcome for free cake and, hopefully, a Guinness World Record for the Crèmeschnitte.   More at www.el-paradiso.ch
